1. The following specific terms and conditions apply to our April 'New Sofa Sale' promotion:
a) Start Date: 9:00 am on May 3rd, 2024.
b) End Date: 5:00 pm on May 27th, 2024.
c) Promotion Details:
- This offer applies to full-priced items only and excludes already discounted products, care products, and freight.
- Offer is up to 35% off.
- Category discounts (excluding those listed in d(a)) are as follows: 20% off Rugs & Accessories, 20% off Lounge (sofas, armchairs, modulars), 20% Hard/Occasional.
- Additional freight may apply depending on location; this will be advised at the point of purchase.
d) Advertised featured products: Advertised products are while stocks last, after which time they will be made to order.

2. General Terms:
a) Making a purchase during a promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
b) All promotional pricing discounts are off the normal recommended retail price and available during the promotion period while stocks last.
c) The Retailer may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend or recommence a promotion or the terms and conditions of any promotion at any time and for any reason without notice.
d) The Retailer takes no responsibility for any customer’s inability to participate in a promotion for any reason.
e) Any decisions made by the Retailer in relation to a promotion are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
f) To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Retailer, its suppliers, and licensors (including Morgan Retail Limited) and any of their personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, personal injury, cost, or expense) which is suffered or incurred by in connection with the promotion.
g) Morgan Retail Limited is not liable or in any way responsible for the conduct, representations, or the performance of obligations of any other person (including without limitation any retailer in respect of any promotion).
h) All personal information collected by the Retailer during a promotion will be collected and stored in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993 and the Retailer’s privacy policy.
i) Additional freight may apply depending on location; this will be advised at the point of purchase.
j) Some products may be subject to delays due to the customization of our product lines. Please be assured that we will communicate an ETA at the time of purchase, and every endeavor will be made to achieve this delivery date.
3. FINANCE TERMS:
18 Months No Payments & No Interest*
*No payments and no interest for 18 months (“Payment Holiday”) is available on Long Term Finance (LTF) for in-store purchases only until May 27, 2024. Min Spend $500. $55 Establishment Fee applies to your first LTF transaction, $35 Advance Fee applies to subsequent LTF transactions. Standard Interest Rate of 28.50% p.a. applies to outstanding balance at the end of LTF Interest Free Period.
