Hunter Home June Sale Terms and Conditions
1. The following specific terms and conditions apply to our June promotion.
a) Start Date: 9.00am on 31st May 2024.
b) End Date: 5.00pm on 30th June 2024.
c) Promotion Details:
i. This offer applies to full priced items only and excludes already discounted products, care products and freight.
ii. Offer is 20% - 50% off Everything.
iii. Category discounts are as follows: 20% off Rugs & Accessories, 20% off Import Lounge and 20% Import Hard Furniture (excluding products outlined in iv. & d(a)).
iv. Save 40% off the RRP of all dining chairs available, when you purchase a dining table.
i. Note that 40% off is only applied to RRP of Dining Chairs and is not in conjunction with the 20% off category discount.
ii. Only applicable when customers purchase a Dining Table in the same transaction.
v. Additional freight may apply dependant on location, this will be advised at point of purchase.
d) (a) Advertised featured products: Advertised products are whilst stocks last after which time they will be made to order.

e) Promotional imagery of featured products may not be an accurate reflection of fabrics included in the sale. Only the specified fabrics outlined alongside the product in these terms are included as a part of this promotion at the specified prices.
2. General Terms
The following general terms and conditions apply to all promotions and all sales of Hunter Home products during any promotional period:
a) Making a purchase during a promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
b) All promotional pricing discounts are off the normal recommended retail price and available during the promotion period while stocks last.
c) The Retailer may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence a promotion or the terms and conditions of any promotion at any time and for any reason without notice.
d) The Retailer takes no responsibility for any customer’s inability to participate in a promotion for any reason.
e) Any decisions made by the Retailer in relation to a promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
f) To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Retailer, its suppliers and licensors (including Morgan Retail Limited) and any of their personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, personal injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by in connection with the promotion.
g) Morgan Retail Limited is not liable or in any way responsible for the conduct, representations, or the performance of obligations of any other person (including without limitation any retailer in respect of any promotion).
h) All personal information collected by the Retailer during a promotion will be collected and stored in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993 and the Retailer’s privacy policy. You have the right to access your personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993. The Retailer may supply the personal information of a customer obtained from that customer to the Relevant Parties and such personal information may be used by a Relevant Party in the conduct of the promotion and to provide services and marketing materials in the future.
i) Additional freight may apply dependant on location, this will be advised at point of purchase.
j) Some products may be subject to delays due to the customisation of our product lines. Please be assured that we will communicate an ETA at the time of purchase and every endeavour will be made to achieve this delivery date.
