Hunter Home & La-Z-Boy Outlet Store Opening Competition Terms & Conditions
The following specific terms and conditions apply to the Outlet Store Opening Press Competition.
The competition starts 8am on Sunday 1st September 2024 (NZT) and closes at 12 noon on Monday 14th October 2024 (NZT).
Be in to win a $1500 Hunter Home & La-Z-Boy Outlet Gift Voucher:
i. The entrant is entered into the draw when they visit our brand new Outlet Store (12 Owens Place, Mt Maunganui) and see the team. The store team will then provide an entry form to be completed.
a) This competition is only applicable for our Hunter Home & La-Z-Boy Outlet store in Mt Maunganui.
b) Customers must complete all the information on the entry form.
ii. The prize total is 1x Hunter Home & La-Z-Boy Outlet Gift Voucher*, to the value of $1500NZD
a) This voucher can only be used on furniture purchased at the Hunter Home & La-Z-Boy Outlet store (12 Owens Place, Mt Maunganui).
b) If the value of your selected product exceeds the above stated amount, the winner is expected to pay the difference in value. If it is lower than the stated value above, you will not receive the balance in cash. If you have recently purchased a La-Z-Boy or Hunter Home product, prize value cannot be gifted to you as credit or cash, any cancellations of order will not result in cash or credit.
c) Please note, standard delivery and order lead times will apply once product is selected, and you will be kept informed of the progress of your prizes order as information becomes available.
iii. There is one prize pool and this competition is exclusive to the Hunter Home & La-Z-Boy Outlet store (12 Owens Place, Mt Maunganui). One winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries made either from in-store or the La-Z-Boy or Hunter Home websites
iv. Prize will be drawn on Wednesday 16th October 2024 at 1pm NZDT. The winner will be notified by email and will need to accept the prize and terms & conditions. If the prize is unclaimed within seven days from email confirmation, an ‘unclaimed prize draw’ will be drawn on Wednesday 23rd October 2024 at 1pm NZDT.
v. Entry is open to all residents of New Zealand, aged 18 years and over, except Morgan Group and La-Z-Boy licensee employees and their family members.
vi. Winner will be drawn at random and the Hunter Home & La-Z-Boy Marketing will contact the winner and provide written communications confirming the prize.
General Competition Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter is Morgan Retail Ltd 34 Triton Drive, Albany, Auckland.
2. The Promotion is open to anyone who doesn’t work at Morgan Retail Ltd or Morgan Furniture International Ltd, is aged 18 years or above and who resides in New Zealand.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to disqualify any Participant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms & conditions, or engaged in any unlawful, or other improper conduct, or any conduct towards the promoter and/or calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition.
5. The Promoter and its associated agencies, companies, directors, employees shall not be liable in any way under these terms or at law (including, but without limitation negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but without limitation direct, indirect or consequential loss) or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this competition or promotion or in connection with the prize.
6. The Promoter will collect details of the winners only for the purposes of this competition. Pursuant to the Privacy Act, the winners have the right to access and correct any personal information provided by themselves.
7. The promoter and / or internet service providers take no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost / delayed data, transmission, omission, interruption, failures of any computer equipment, software, inability to access telecommunications network services, congestion or any other error or malfunction in relation to the promotion, including but not limited to misdirected, late, or failed requests for registration.
8. All information you provide will be used for administering this promotion and for future promotional or publicity purposes at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
9. Nothing in this Agreement shall impose any direct personal liability whatsoever on the part of the Supplier’s directors, shareholders or employees.
